I GOT MY NEWEST VOXBOX!

Yay! I hope everyone had a happy holiday! Mine went WAY too fast!

Anyway, down to business! Sorry, but I can't upload the last picture of my WhiteStrips adventure... I'm not sure why, but I know you've all been waiting for it. So, so sorry! But, GOOD NEWS! I got my second VoxBox! The 2012 Holiday VoxBox! I'm so excited because it has a bunch of really awesome things in it!

First, It has this new Goody hairbrush that is supposed to dry hair 30% faster than with just a regular hairbrush! Just what I wanted! And I'm happy I didn't have to buy it!

Second, there is a full serving of Quaker Real Medleys Oatmeal. This is cool because I'm always on the go and it is fruit and a bunch of fiber and protein all in one little cup that you just add water to and stick in the microwave! Great for college kids, little kids, or working moms/dads/people.

Third, they sent me NYC New York Color Liquid Lipshine in Nude York City. I have never tried this lipgloss but it has vitamin E in it and that is always good for dry lips! Trust me, here in Wisconsin, you get VERY dry lips in the winter time. SO HAPPY FOR THIS!

Next, I've got a $25 coupon to Sole Society. I checked out their website, and let me just say, their shoes look FABULOUS! Can't wait to get a pair! So cute, and $25 off my first pair? Um, HELLO? Why wouldn't I buy some?! (I already have a few pairs saved in what they call my "closet" I just have to narrow it down to which one I will buy!)

Then I have Kiss Nail Dress press on polish strips. These are really cool! The color I have is called Teddy, it's dark, probably almost black, with 3D gold dots. Can't wait to put them on! A friend of mine wears them all the time and her's are always super cute!

I then have something called EBOOST. It is an effervescent powder packet, which means that you dissolve it in water and there is no color. The powder is naturally flavored with Acai and Pomegranate. This makes me sad because I am allergic to Acai. However, Brandon, my finace is not! Therefore, he will be the test subject! It is said to give you energy and focusing power. We shall see!!

Finally, I've received what seems to be a bonus product. COOL! It's a Clean-Up Mud mask by Montagne Jeunesse. Can't wait to try it!

Thanks to Influenster, I have been totally spoiled this year! I will keep you all updated with how I am liking my products and how they work!

Finally.... A PICTURE!

TADA!!!

And that's all I have to say today <3

A little photo of the strips

So, here is a picture of me with the strips on guys! I have been reading some reviews about the products on www.Influenster.com of people saying that the product doesn't stay on their teeth.... well, they can't be using the same ones that I am because sometimes I find it hard to get them off! They are SO sticky! In a good way, I promise!

excuse my gross winter cracked lips and my no make up! EW!!! But you can see, the product is literally, like... taped on my teeth. It's flush against my pearly whites and doesn't budge! And if you look really hard, you may need your sunglasses because I am FINALLY seeing HUGE results!

On a little side note, my best friend just started an account on www.Influenster.com and she is ALREADY getting a VoxBox! She is super excited!!! It's the Cosmo VoxBox! I can't wait to watch her videos and see what she all gets :) It shall be grand I am sure! Let me just tell you that she has only had her account for like... a month. She started when I created my first post on here about the Whitestrips! Crazy right?! You should all go out and make an account too! You get to try and test products all the time! And most of the time they are FULL SIZED!!! I've even seen a few from the store that I work at! Bath & Body Works! These products are great values guys and totally worth the small amount of time you have to put into the reviews and what not :) Do it, DO IT!!!

OK, and now a picture of me with my strips off :) hope you're as excited as meeeee!

Extremely white :) So happy guys! Hope this blog helps in your decision making when you're thinking about whitening!

Why I'm behind...

So I know I promised that I would update you ten days after I first posted... well I didn't plan on being sick for nearly a week! So, with that being said, I am updating you on my feelings toward the little strips that I have been using.

First, they taste TERRIBLE. They have this gel that oozes out while you are wearing them and it is on the boarder of being sweet and bitter... really gross.

Second, they are clear which is cool, so if I have to answer the door, no one would rally know that I was wearing them :)

Third, they are suuuuper sticky. Like glue. No lie. When I put them anywhere on my teeth I can't take them off. So, unfortunately if I put them on crooked, they are crooked for a good half hour. With that being said, that's good. YEARS ago I tried Crest Whitestrips when they came out for the first time, and they didn't stay on my teeth at all. I don't know if I just produce a ton of saliva, or if they just don't usually stick that well, but these stick like freaking cement! Great!

Lastly, they do make your teeth more sensitive. I will admit that I bit my nails for years. I mean nearly 20 years... so a really long time. This ended in a two worn down teeth. Not to the point where I need dental work, but they are surely worn down. Because of this when I wear the strips it makes those two teeth ultra sensitive. That's not cool. I have a very high pain tolerance, but when it comes to my teeth, I can't stand the pain. So I end up eating barely anything for the rest of the day. Be warned!

At the moment, I don't know if the strips have really done what they are supposed to or not, but so far I do see a slight difference! A few more days and I will be posting that mid-way photo :)

A correction...

So I made a little mistake!

The box for my whitestrips says 20 days! Not 30! So, that means an updated picture after strip package #10, not 15. Hope everyone is finding this as exciting as I am!

Can't wait until day 10...

On a side note... school sucks. I am so ready to graduate and start working. What am I going to do with all of my time after I am done with school? I have never only had one job, and no school... I may have to find a hobby... like knitting or... scrapbooking! Or maybe I will volunteer at Children's hospital. I think that would be really special too :) Does anyone have any ideas for what to do with all of my free time after I finish school? Maybe I will just pick up a very part-time job along with my full-time one that I will hopefully have... we will have to see!

I find myself singing the Pull-ups commercial song, "I'm a big kid now", every time I think about being an actual adult and not being in school... maybe I could become a professional student? Or maybe I can just enjoy my time off... I have a feeling I will become quite bored though. A gym membership may be in order!

I am so EXCITED!

First and foremost, holiday is almost here! I work in retail and when the store starts to get busy, and people are always smiling, I get a little excited, ok? I love my job, and holiday time is what I live for. Yes, there are long hours. Yes, I may come home INSANELY crabby. But I love my job!

Second, today I got my VoxBox in the mail!!! For all of you that don't really know what a VoxBox is, I will now tell you :)

***What a VoxBox is, for all of the people who I was exactly like about three months ago:
A VoxBox, my friends, is this awesome little box that is sent straight to your door with free products in it! You read that right; FREE! It took me a little while to qualify for the box, but it will so be worth it! All I did was go to www.influenster.com and make an account. Then, all you do is take surveys, upload videos about products and link your social media accounts to your page to earn badges. The website then compiles your data and picks out probably thousands of people to test these products. Companies ask Influenster to do this. So its not like Influenster is forking out tons of money for this, they are merely the middle man that is getting the product out, and we, as the testers, are selling the products for them by blogging and vlogging our thoughts on the products.

The VoxBox that I was recently chosen for is the Crest 3D WhiteStrips box with Advanced Seal No Slip Technology. It has Whitening Power 4 which is the second highest level! I can NOT wait to try these babies! It says that I may see noticeable results within as little as 3 days! THREE DAYS! For those of you who know me or have seen pictures of me, I have very white teeth already, so this will be a pretty awesome test. I will take a picture prior to starting the 30 day kit, one on day 15, and then one on day 30. Hopefully we will all see the results!
I can't wait to let you all know how this goes!

Here's day one, before putting any strips on my pearly whites! Rough, I know, but it was after a long day at work :)

And that's all I have to say today.... <3
